In the first quarter of 2020, the market revenue of new trailers and semi-trailers[1] amounted to 18 billion rubles (+10.2%).
The weighted average price for new trailers increased by 1.7% on the first quarter of 2019 and reached 2 573 769 rubles.
In the first quarter of 2020, SCHMITZ became the leader by financial results. 2.9 billion rubles were spent on the purchase of trailers of this brand for the reporting period. It was followed by TONAR, trailer sales of which in money terms amounted to 1.4 billion rubles. TOP-3 also included KRONE with financial result of 1.2 billion rubles.
The largest increase in trailer sales in money terms was shown by SESPEL (+138.7%). This dynamics was due to the growing demand for new trailers of this brand by 137.2%.
