Under the baseline scenario of the RAMR forecast, in 2020 new LCV sales will fall by 11.0% and will amount to 105,61 thousand units. Decline in new LCV sales is caused by the downturn in economy because of introduction of quarantine COVID-19 measures, rising prices for new vehicles related to significant weakening of the ruble exchange rate, the reduction in LCV consumers (retail, wholesale trade and other industries).
In 2021 new LCV sales are expected to slightly grow (+3.6% under the baseline scenario).
