According to the marketing agency NAPI, 78.8 thousand trucks* were sold in January-April 2026, which was a 7.8% decline on the similar period of 2025. Of these, 16.3 thousand units were new (-22.7% year-on-year), and 62.5 thousand units were used (-2.9%).

Sales declined most significantly in the segments of lifting vehicles (-20.3%), vans (-19.4%), dumpers (-13.2%), and construction vehicles (-11.4%). Only the tractor unit segment showed growth (+6.3%). Among new vehicles, sales fell below market levels in the segments of vans (-40.0%), lifting vehicles (-30.5%), and tractor units (-26.7%). At the same time, the municipal vehicles segment grew (+14.0%). Among used vehicles, sales of municipal vehicles (-21.3%), lifting vehicles (-14.6%), and dumpers (-11.5%) experienced the sharpest declines. The tractor unit segment showed positive dynamics (+16.3%).

Over the year, the share of new vehicles in truck sales decreased by 4 p.p. to 20.7%. The share of new trucks declined in all segments except that of municipal vehicles (+8.9 p.p. to 45.7%). The share of new vehicles fell particularly sharply in the segments of vans (-8.4 p.p. to 24.6%) and tractor units (-7.3 p.p. to 16.1%).
