According to the marketing agency NAPI, 54.7 thousand tractor units were sold in January-August 2026, which was a 11.0% rise on the previous year. Sales of new tractor units totaled 9.1 thousand units, down by 8.3% on 2025. Sales of used tractor units reached 45.5 thousand units, having shown a 15.9% increase on the previous year's figure.
The Chinese DONGFENG DFH tractor unit (manufactured in 2024) took the first place in new vehicle sales. TOP-5 also included three Russian brand models: KAMAZ 54901 (2026 year of manufacture), VALDAI 45 (2025 year of manufacture), and KAMAZ 54901 (2025 year of manufacture). TOP-5 models accounted for 56.0% of total new tractor unit sales.
In the used tractor unit sales rankings, Chinese models occupied four lines, with SITRAK C7H (2023 year of manufacture) taking the lead. It should be noted that all Chinese vehicles included in the TOP-5 list were manufactured in 2023. The only Russian vehicle to enter the list was KAMAZ 5490 (2018 year of manufacture). Models included in the TOP-5 list accounted for 14.5% of total used tractor unit sales.
