According to the marketing agency NAPI, 253.4 thousand new and used LCV* were sold in January-July 2026, which was a 7.4% decline on the previous year. New vehicle sales decreased by 18.4%, while those of used ones - by 4.5%.
Over the year, new LCV sales fell across all major segments. Sales of ambulances decreased by more than 30%, while those of vans, dropside vehicles/curtainsiders, and buses fell by more than 20%. Among used vehicles, the sharpest decline took place in the segments of buses (-18.1%) and vans (-8.6%). Amid the overall negative dynamics, pickup sales increased (+13.4%).
In January-July 2026, the share of new vehicles in LCV sales fell by 2.5 p.p. on the similar period of the last year and amounted to 18.5%.
