According to the marketing agency NAPI, 2.18 thousand new semi-trailers were sold in January-February 2026, which was a 49.3% decline on the previous year. New trailer sales totaled 340 units, having shown a 64.6% decline year-on-year.

The best-selling semi-trailer types in January-February 2026 were tankers (0.47 thousand units), curtain-sided semi-trailers (0.46 thousand units), and dropside semi-trailers (0.34 thousand units). Compared to the similar period of 2025, their sales fell by 4.5%, 47.5%, and 45.9%, respectively. TOP-5 also included heavy-duty trucks (0.17 thousand units) and container carriers (0.15 thousand units), while last year's top positions were occupied by insulated vans and reefers.

The best-selling trailers were vans (+26.6% year-on-year to 0.10 thousand units), dump trailers (-32.3% to 0.09 thousand units), short loggers (-55.3% to 0.05 thousand units), and heavy-duty trucks (-47.5% to 0.02 thousand units). Furthermore, in 2026, tankers entered the top (0.02 thousand units), while in 2025, the reefers took a place in TOP-5.
