07.07.2025 / Used truck leasing is growing

According to the marketing agency NAPI, in January-May 2025, truck leasing* fell by 50.7%. Over five months of the current year, 20.3 thousand new and used trucks were leased, while in January-May last year - 41.2 thousand units. As for new vehicles, the drop was 67.6%, while the used truck leasing increased by 5.7%. As a result, the share of trucks leased in the new vehicle market fell to 41.5%, and that in the used vehicle market grew by 1.7 p.p.
