According to the marketing agency NAPI, 32.6 thousand units of equipment were issued for financial leasing in January-March 2026, which was a 37.7% rise on the previous year (23.7 thousand units).
The largest positive leasing growth dynamics was shown by segments of equipment for food industry, including refrigeration and restaurant equipment (+484.7%), lifting equipment (+210.8%), telecommunications equipment, office equipment and computers (+169.2%), as well as medical and pharmaceutical equipment (+121.5%). Less significant growth was shown by leasing of power-generating (+93.3%), agricultural (+29.9%), and pumping equipment (+7.4%).
At the same time, in the first quarter of the current year, the leasing of equipment for oil and gas production and processing industry (-45.8%) and industrial equipment (-33.4%) decreased.
