In January-April 2020, the new truck market revenue amounted to 138 billion rubles, which was a 3.9% decline on January-April 2019.
A 10.4% drop in new truck sales caused negative dynamics of the market revenue.
The Moscow region became the leader among regional markets by financial results. New trucks on 12.2 billion rubles were sold in the region over the first four months of 2020. The market revenue of Moscow and Khanty-Mansi AR, which were also included in TOP-3, amounted to 10.0 billion rubles and 9.5 billion rubles, respectively.
Khanty-Mansi AR and the Chelyabinsk region showed the largest increase in the market revenue. New truck sales in Khanty-Mansi AR grew by 29.7% over the first four months of 2020, sales were up in each month on 2019. Despite the new truck sales drop in the Chelyabinsk region in April, sales increased by 6.8% in the region following results of the first four months.
In addition to Khanty-Mansi AR and the Chelyabinsk region, positive market revenue dynamics remained in Irkutsk and Sverdlovsk regions...
