The agency NAPI (Russian Automotive Market Research) conducted a study on new tire prices broken down by brands, models, price segments, type size, purpose, seasonality for January-May 2022.
According to the NAPI, in May, average prices for summer tires in all price segments increased by 21.9% on January 2022, but compared to April 2021, they fell by 8.3%. Prices for Russian tires steadily increased, in April the price increase on March was the highest (+22.7%) compared to other segments, but in May prices for Russian tires significantly decreased (-33.1%) in contrast to those for tires of other segments.
