
According to the marketing agency NAPI, 11.9 thousand new trucks* were issued for financial leasing in January-June 2025, which was a 69.3% decline on the similar period of 2024, when 38.8 thousand new trucks were leased. The decline in new truck sales was less significant - by 52.7%. Following results of the first half of 2025, the share of trucks leased decreased 1.5-fold to 41.7%. The worst months were January and February of the current year, when the leasing share fell to 39.1% and 37.5%, respectively. In the period from March to June, the situation stabilized, and the leasing share remained at the level of 41.5%-46.3%.
