According to the marketing agency NAPI, 10.8 thousand new cars were sold to corporate clients in January 2026, including 6.7 units thousand units under financial and operational leasing.
It should be noted that the new corporate car market declined by 15.4% over the year. At the same time, car leasing remained stable: the number of corporate cars leased in January of the current year remained unchanged on the similar period last year.
Over the year, the share of cars leased grew from 52.6% to 62.2% (+9.6 p.p.). Among TOP-5 brands, CHERY (91.1%) and TENET (88.7%) account for the highest shares of leasing in total new corporate car sales. Geely and Lada lease more than half of all their cars – 58.2% and 56.6%, respectively. HAVAL cars are also actively leased (46.1%). The share of leasing in sales of TOP-5 brands (62.8%) is almost equal to that of leasing in total sales (62.2%).
