26.08.2025 / The most stable segments in the LCV market

According to the marketing agency NAPI, 57.4 thousand new and 216.2 thousand used light commercial vehicles (LCV) were sold in January-July 2025.* Over the year, sales of new vehicles decreased by 19.3%, and those of used ones - by 7.7%. It should be emphasized that both sales tops include the same LCV types. Vans remain the most stable among them: over the first seven months of the current year, sales of new vans fell by only 7.8%, while those of used ones - by 5.5%. Pickups also managed to stay above the market: their sales decreased by 18.9% and 1.6%, respectively. Bus sales fell the most in the new and used vehicle markets - by 34.5% and 16.5%, respectively. It is worth noting that the used vehicle market is showing greater stability than the new one. The share dynamics of the first one fluctuates from -1.1 to 1 p.p., while the second – from -3.1 to 5.2 p.p.
