The marketing agency NAPI analyzed the financial capacity of the new LCV* market in January-May 2026. Since the beginning of the year, vehicles worth 110.1 billion rubles have been purchased, which was a 13.4% decline on the similar period of 2025.
GAZ became the leader by financial capacity with a result of 43.2 billion rubles. Among TOP-10 10 vehicles, DODGE (+80.1%) showed the best financial capacity growth rate, reaching 11.7 billion rubles due to a 109.5% increase in sales. CHANGAN also showed an increase in financial capacity (+9.0%). The remaining brands included in TOP-10 saw both sales and financial capacity decline. The sharpest decline was shown by VIS (-52.4%), LADA (-42.4%), and FOTON (-32.0%) brands.
The financial capacity of TOP-10 brands amounted to 94.5 billion rubles, which is 14.6% less than in the previous year.
