According to the marketing agency NAPI, 12.3 thousand special purpose vehicles were issued for financial leasing in January-May 2025, which was a 48% decline on the previous year, when 23.6 thousand units were issued. The special purpose vehicle leasing composition changed significantly over the year. Thus, due to a sharper decline than leasing as a whole, the share of road construction vehicles significantly decreased - from 47.9% to 35.7%, while the share of agricultural vehicles grew by 9.6 p.p. over the year.
