According to the data of NAPI /Russian Automotive Market Research, in May 2022, sales of Chinese cars to corporate customers soared by a record 129.6%. Due to this growth, the share of Chinese cars exceeded 11% for the first time. Cars of Russian, Japanese and French brands increased their share in May as well, but due to a smaller decrease in sales than in the whole market.
A total of 77.9 thousand new corporate cars were sold over the first five months of 2022. The corporate car market fell by 23.7% on the similar period of the last year, when 102.2 thousand cars were sold.
