According to the marketing agency NAPI, 53.6 thousand new trucks* were sold in January-November 2025, which was a 53.2% decline on the previous year, when 114.6 thousand trucks were sold. Sales fell below market levels in the tractor unit (-70.5%), dropside vehicle/curtainsider (-56.5%), and dumper (-57.4%) segments.
Sales of new Russian trucks decreased by 26.5% year-on-year to 22.6 thousand units, while those of Chinese ones fell by 65.9% to 24.9 thousand units. Over the year, the share of new Russian trucks grew by 15.4 p.p. to 42.2%, while that of Chinese ones decreased by 17.3 p.p. to 46.4%. The share of Russian trucks increased the most in the dumper (+19.3 p.p.) and tractor unit (+12.6 p.p.) segments. At the same time, the share of Chinese vehicles decreased in all segments, with the sharpest decline in the tractor unit segment (-23.5 p.p.).
