23.06.2025 / In which segment have Chinese trucks increased their share?

According to the marketing agency NAPI, sales of new Chinese trucks fell by 63.4% in January-May of the current year, while the entire market declined by 50.1%. As a result, the share of Chinese vehicles on the market was down from 62.6% to 45.9% over the year. The share of Chinese brands fell the most in the segments of dumpers (-25.3 p.p.), tractor units (-13.3 p.p.) and construction vehicles (-8 p.p.). The only segment where the share of Chinese trucks grew slightly was vans (+0.9 p.p.).
