According to the marketing agency NAPI, over 7 months of 2023, new semi-trailer sales increased by 35.7%, while sales of new trailers fell by 12.2%. In the new semi-trailer market, the demand for dropside vehicles, dumpers, and tanks grew at a faster pace. In the trailer market, only dumpers and heavy-duty trucks showed sales growth, sales of other types of trailers included in TOP-5 decreased, especially the segment of short log trucks suffered significantly (-66.6%).
