The marketing agency NAPI (National Industrial Information Agency) has updated the new truck market forecast. If current trends continue, by the end of 2022, the Chinese vehicles will occupy a quarter of the Russian market, whereas in 2021 Chinese manufacturers accounted for only 8%. The KAMAZ share will remain at the level of recent years.
Under the baseline scenario, the market may fall by 11.5%. Under the pessimistic scenario, the market will decline by 16.8%, but the result will be better than in the "covid" 2020. Under the optimistic scenario, the market will be down by 8.2%.
