11.08.2021 / Car and truck production in Kazakhstan is steadily growing

According to Russian Automotive Market Research, in January-June 2021, the largest growth in the car production took place in Belarus (+48% year-on-year), while the plants of Kazakhstan increased their car production by 24%. The car production dynamics in Uzbekistan remained negative (-24% year-on-year).

In January-June 2021, the truck production in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan increased by 43% and 1%, respectively. The production of trucks in Belarus showed negative dynamics (-2%).

Following results of the first half of 2021, the bus production in Uzbekistan and Belarus increased by 7% and 2%, respectively. The production of buses in Kazakhstan, on the contrary, fell by 25% on the similar period of 2020.
