25.03.2026 / Which models account for half of the electric car private park and fleet?

According to the marketing agency NAPI, as of January 1, 2026, the electric car population numbered 83.8 thousand units. Of these, 70.7 thousand cars are owned by private owners, and 13.1 thousand units - by corporate owners.

NISSAN LEAF became the most popular model among private owners, accounting for more than a third of the private park. TOP-5 also included ZEEKR 001 (11.6%), TESLA MODEL 3 (4.5%), VOLKSWAGEN ID.4 (3.2%), and TESLA MODEL Y (3.2%) models.

MOSKVICH 3E became the most popular electric car among corporate owners, accounting for 23.4%. Slightly smaller shares belonged to EVOLUTE I-PRO (12.2%) and ZOZEEKR 001 (10.8%). AVATR C11 (4.3%) and HONGQI E-HS9 (3.9%) also entered TOP-5.

It should be noted that TOP-5 electric car models account for more than half of both private park and the fleet.
