According to the marketing agency NAPI, 215.5 thousand new and used trucks* were sold in January-October 2025, which was a 23.7% decline on the previous year, when 282.5 thousand trucks were sold. So, used truck sales decreased by 5.7%, while sales of new vehicles fell by 53.9%.
New vehicle sales more than halved over the year: tractor units (-71.1%), dumpers (-58.5%), dropside vehicles/curtainsiders (-56%), and construction vehicles (-50.5%). However, demand for used vehicles remains rather stable. The largest segments showed slight decline: sales of tractor units fell by 3.3%, while those of dumpers - by 0.9%. Sales of used dropside vehicles/curtainsiders (-14.4%) and vans (-13.6%) decreased slightly more.
