According to Russian Automotive Market Research, in October 2021, 7.8 thousand special purpose vehicles were produced in Russia (+14.8% on October 2020). Compared to October 2019, production grew by 14.9%. Following results of January-October 2021, the special purpose vehicle production amounted to 61.2 thousand units (+26.2% year-on-year). Over ten months of 2021, special purpose vehicle production was up by 13.2% on the results of ten months of 2019.

Over ten months of 2021, the production of all types of special purpose vehicles included in the TOP-5 list increased. The largest growth was shown by vehicles with crane manipulator units (+48.6%).
