According to Russian Automotive Market Research, in November 2020, 135.1 thousand cars were produced in Russia. This is 11% more than the production result of November 2019. At the same time, production growth was shown by both Russian brands (+42%) and foreign ones (+0.2%).
Similar situation is observed in the LCV segment: the production of Russian vehicles increased by 5%, foreign – by 3%. A total of 12.9 thousand light commercial vehicles were produced in November 2020 – by 4% more than in November 2019.
Production of trucks in November 2020 fell by 14% and amounted to 5.9 thousand units. Production of trucks of Russian brands decreased by 15%, foreign-by 10%.
In November 2020, 1.2 thousand buses were produced-similar to the production result of November 2019. Only Russian brands of buses are produced on the territory of Russia.
