A sharp increase in average dumper prices took place in 2023, when the cost of new vehicles grew by 33%, while the cost of used dumpers was up by 56.4%. In November 2025, the average price for a new dumper was 9.2 million rubles, which was a 22.1% rise on November 2022. The price for a used dumper was 3.6 million rubles, which was a 17.5% rise on its price three years ago. Last month, the average price for a new dumper fell by 7.1% on November 2024, while that for a used one grew by 7.5%.
