The marketing agency NAPI analyzed sales of new and used semi-trailers and new tractor units in January-November 2025.
Semi-trailers produced in 2024 accounted for the largest share of sales (55.1%). Semi-trailers of 2025 year of manufacture accounted for 40.4%, while those of 2024 year of manufacture - for 4.5%. However, in 2024, the situation was different: vehicles produced in the same year accounted for 71.6% of sales, while vehicles produced in 202 - only 27.5%. Furthermore, sales of vehicles manufactured two years earlier increased by 4.5% in 2025. Last year, less than 1% of such vehicles were sold.
As for sales of new tractor units, it can be noted that, based on the results of the first 11 months of 2024, the share of vehicles of the same year of manufacture was 40.8%, while in 2025 it fell to 15.6%. It should also be noted that import and production of tractor units decreased this year, as 2024 and 2023 stocks are putting pressure on the market. In January-November 2025, vehicles produced last year accounted for 62.8% of sales and tractor units produced in 2023 - 21.6%. Over the similar period of 2024, the share of sales of vehicles produced last year was slightly lower (58.6%).
Sales of new semi-trailers and tractor units by year of manufacture in January-November 2025 are similar. Vehicles produced in 2024 account for the bulk of sales. The share of vehicles produced in the same year in sales significantly decreased, while that of vehicles produced in 2023, on the contrary, grew.
