25.08.2020 / How many vehicles and trailers were leased over the first 7 months of 2020?

Following results of seven months of 2020, 88.27 thousand financial leasing contracts for vehicles and trailers were concluded in Russia^[1]. This is 21% less than in the same period of 2019^[2].

In January-July 2020, 99.99 thousand vehicles and trailers were transferred to financial leasing, which was a 23% decline year-on-year.

In January-July 2020, the number of leased buses fell by 39%, LCV – by 29%, cars and trucks – by 24% and 21%, respectively. The minimum decline was shown by trailers and semi-trailers – 9%...
