According to Russian Automotive Market Research, in January-June 2020, 40.3 thousand cars were transferred to financial leasing^[1], which was a 30% decline year-on-year^[2].

In the first half of 2020, VOLKSWAGEN accounted for almost 20% of leased cars. TOP-3 also included the Russian LADA and the premium BMW. The fourth position was occupied by KIA, which was on the second place in the same period of 2019.
