Russian Automotive Market Research calculated the number of cars purchased under financial leasing  in 2020.

In 2020^[1], 136.0 thousand cars were transferred to financial leasing, which was a 13.3% rise on the result of 2019^[2].

In 2020, VOLKSWAGEN accounted for 13.8% of leased cars. TOP-3 brands also included KIA and LADA with shares of 11.9% and 10.9% respectively.

It should be noted that TOP-10 includes three premium brands - BMW, MERCEDES-BENZ and AUDI: their shares in financial leasing increased year-on-year.
