10.02.2026 / How have the transport tax rates for trucks changed?

The marketing agency NAPI analyzed the transport tax rates for trucks for legal entities. In 2026, rates changed in 11 regions of Russia.

The largest increase in rates for vehicles of all the capacities considered below took place in the Rostov-on-Don and Tomsk regions. Rates decreased only in the Vologda region for vehicles with engines capacity up to 100 HP (up to 73.55 kW) inclusive and engines capacity over 100 HP up to 150 HP (over 73.55 kW up to 110.33 kW) inclusive.

Transport tax rates for vehicles with engines capacity of up to 100 HP (up to 73.55 kW) inclusive changed in 10 regions:

• Tyva Republic – 19 Rub (+1 Rub)
• Zabaykalsky region – 15.5 Rub (+2.5 Rub)
• Krasnoyarsk region – 18 Rub (+3 Rub)
• Volgograd region – 22 Rub (+4 Rub)
• Vologda region – 22 Rub (-3 Rub)
• Rostov-on-Don region – 20 Rub (+5 Rub)
• Sverdlovsk region – 10.4 Rub (+0.4 Rub)
• Tomsk region – 25 Rub (+5 Rub)
• Moscow – 19 Rub (+2 Rub)
• Sevastopol – 14 Rub (+2 Rub)
