According to Russian Automotive Market Research, from July 2019 to July 2020, average prices for new special purpose vehicles grew by 1.7%. Prices grew most actively at the end of 2019.
For the reporting period average prices for used special purpose vehicles decreased by 2.4%. The sharpest decline in prices took place in January and April 2020.
