20.08.2025 / Chinese cars depreciated by almost 2% over a month

The marketing agency NAPI analyzed the dynamics of average prices for new cars. Over the year, from July 2024 to July 2025, the average price for new cars increased by 5.7%. In particular, the cost of Chinese-brand cars grew by 1.4%, Russian ones - by 3.2%. Over the month, from June to July 2025, the average price for new Chinese cars decreased by 1.9% (from 3.54 million rubles to 3.47 million rubles), while that for traditional Russian* ones - by 2.4% (from 1.48 million rubles to 1.45 million rubles). On average, new cars became cheaper by 1.4% over the month, in July their average price was 3.88 million rubles.
