The agency NAPI (National Industrial Information Agency) analyzed the dynamics of new tire prices in January-July 2022 for all standard car, light commercial vehicle, and trucks sizes presented in the Russian market.
The average price for all-season tires increased in April, then the average price for all-season tires decreased, and in July 2022 it turned out to be the lowest. The maximum growth in the average price for summer tires took place in March. Later, the average price for summer tires also decreased, but in July it was still slightly higher than in January-February. The average price decline in both segments is primarily caused by a reduction in the supply of more expensive tires (Michelin, Nokian, etc.).
