11.09.2025 / How have electric and hybrid car prices changed

The marketing agency NAPI analyzed the dynamics of average prices for new and used electric and plug-in hybrid cars. Thus, over the month, from July to August 2025, the price for new electric cars decreased by 1.9% to 7.29 million rubles, while that for used ones - by 6.4% to 3.21 million rubles. The price for hybrid cars also fell - to 7.69 million rubles for new ones (-0.7%) and to 4.22 million rubles for used ones (-4.2%).
