14.03.2023 / More than half of the bus population is over 15 years old

The marketing agency NAPI analyzed the bus park as of January 1, 2023. A total of 467.9 thousand buses travel on the roads of Russia, of which almost 58% are buses older than 15 years. The "fresh" vehicles (up to 3 years old inclusive) account for slightly less than 8% of the population. A little more than three quarters of the bus population belongs to Russian brands. The share of Chinese buses is still small – 3.3%.
