10.08.2020 / Special purpose vehicle leasing in 2020

In January – June 2020¹, 9.8 thousand special purpose vehicles were transferred to financial leasing, which was a 1.3 % decline on 2019².

In 2020, the number of road construction vehicles leased fell by 2.0%, while agricultural vehicles - by 9.6% year-on-year.

In 2020, the share of tracked vehicles leased increased on the previous year and amounted to 19.3%.

In 2020, JCB became the leader in the segment of road construction vehicles with a share of 12.8%. The second place belongs to Caterpillar with a 9.6% share.

The key position in the leasing of agricultural vehicles is occupied by BELARUS with a share of 33.7%.

The main players in leasing of warehouse vehicles are JUNGHEINRICH, KOMATSU and LINDE.

TOP-3 mining/quarry vehicle brands includes VOLVO, BELAZ and KOMATSU.
