The marketing agency NAPI analyzed the transport tax rates for trucks for legal entities. In 2026, rates changed in 11 regions of Russia. The largest increase in rates for vehicles of all the capacities considered below took place in the Rostov-on-Don and Tomsk regions. Rates decreased only in the Vologda region for vehicles with engines capacity up to 100 HP (up to 73.55 kW) inclusive and engines capacity over 100 HP up to 150 HP (over 73.55 kW up to 110.33 kW) inclusive.
