A unique Holcroft complex for the heat treatment of parts has been put into operation at the Becema plant.

Holcroft automated quenching complex with endothermic gas protective environment consists of:
- quenching furnace (gas),
- tempering furnace (electricity),
- washing machine,
- transport and loading trolley.

Metallurgical processes:
- neutral hardening,
- cementation,
- normalization and annealing,
- drawback.

Product types:
- components of drives, axles and gear boxes,
- shafts,
- fasteners,
- bearing components,
- precision machined parts.

The maximum dimensions of the charge: 915 mm x 1,220 mm x 915 mm.
The maximum weight of the charge: 1,300 kg.
Normal operating temperature: 790– 955 °C, the maximum temperature -1,100 °C.
