Holcroft automated quenching complex with endogas protective environment consists of:

• quenching furnace (gas),
• tempering furnace (electricity),
• washing machine,
• transportation and loading trolley.

Metallurgical processes carried out with the help of this complex:

• neutral tempering,
• cementation,
• normalization and annealing,
• abatement.

Types of products produced using the complex:

• components of drives, axles and gear boxes,
• shafts,
• fasteners,
• bearing components,
• precision machined parts.
