AVTOVAZ has resumed production of LADA Granta cars equipped with driver and front passenger airbags. The price for the basic Granta version equipped with a driver's airbag starts from 602,800 rubles under the state preferential lending program, valid only until December 1, 2022 (or 753,500 rubles excluding the program).

Beginning August 23, all LADA Granta cars of 2022 model year, starting with the basic version, are equipped with a driver's airbag. The "older" car versions can additionally be equipped with a front passenger airbag and front belts with a pre-tensioner. The design and settings of the security system, as well as the steering wheel with airbag are similar to those of the previous LADA Granta versions.
