Despite the difficult external economic situation, the URAL Automobile Plant increased its output in 2022, having assembled more than 50 vehicles per day and having sold about 9,900 vehicles this year. In 2023, the plant intends to increase the rate of production and manufacture 13,800 vehicles at a rate of up to 66 units per day, which is almost a 40% rise on the current year.

It is possible to increase production volumes in such a short time only by developing the industrial base and at the same time attracting new human resources to work. Therefore, the management of the automobile plant decided to take a confident course to implement a large-scale investment program, expand the product range and actively recruit employees for newly created vacancies.
