UralAZ has won a grant for integration of digital technologies into production

The URAL Automobile Plant became the winner of the selection of the Russian Information Technology Development Fund. The selection was carried out within the framework of the "Domestic Solutions" federal project of the "Data Economics and Digital Transformation of the State" national project of the state program of the Russian Federation "Information Society".

The state subsidy amounted to almost 50% of the total cost of the project. The grant support funds in the amount of 217 million rubles will be used for implementation of the URAL Digital Production project.

The URAL Automobile Plant (the anchor customer) and the PROF-IT GROUP (software developer) will finalize and implement the software package consisting of key components: PROF-IT MES, MES Components and QMS Prof at the site of the new assembly building. The project will make it possible to develop new software and subsequently replicate it to other plants and companies in the industry. Due to integration with automated control systems, automatic diagnostics and product testing systems, a high level of control of technological processes and final products will be ensured.
