UralAZ and the Government of Turkmenistan summarize the results of cooperation

In September 2022, representatives of the URAL Automobile Plant, among the delegation of the Chelyabinsk region headed by Governor Alexey Texler, visited the Republic of Turkmenistan on a business visit. On October 26-28, at the invitation of the President of the republic, together with other enterprises of the Chelyabinsk region, the automobile plant was among the exhibitors at the "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan-2022" International Conference.

It should be noted that for several years Ural vehicles have been successfully supplied to Turkmenistan. Modern Ural Next models are especially popular: they are analogues of expedition vehicles used for long trips to the Karakum Mountains. In 2021, the automobile plant delivered 59 dumpers on the Ural-73945 chassis for the road construction industry of the republic.

Deputy Head of the Chelyabinsk region Egor Kovalchuk assumes that the UralAZ plant will continue to build relations with Turkmen partners, and hopes for continued cooperation.
