UAZ-Autocomponent reports on production results
Russian Automotive Market Research
Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant initiated serial production of crankshaft castings for Hyundai Gamma 1.6 engines. Only blanks are prepared for UAZ-Autocomponent, and they will be turned into the final product – crankshafts for motors - at the Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Rus (Hyundai WIA) plant.
The first batch of crankshafts of 3 thousand units was shipped for Hyundai last month. In January 2022, the number of deliveries is approaching 10 thousand parts, in the future it is projected to grow to 20 thousand units monthly.
