Two new fixed-torque assembly systems have appeared on the main assembly line of the KAMAZ automobile plant.
With the help of this equipment, the stabilizer bracket is connected to the front and rear suspension struts of the K5 generation KAMAZ trucks. Cantilever cranes with assembly systems appeared at the end of 2024, while commissioning was completed in spring of the current year.
The duplex wrench system ensures smooth alignment of the wrench head with the connection bolt heads, as well as simultaneous tightening of two bolts with a fixed torque. During three weeks of operation, all stabilizer struts were secured to the suspensions of various models of the latest K5 generation. The equipment will also reduce the impact of the human factor.
