Two coordinate measuring machines have been introduced at the TONAR plant
The Tonar plant continues its production modernization program. Two coordinate measuring machines (CMM) were introduced. The new equipment allows for high-precision measurements of geometric parameters of manufactured and purchased components and parts. This significantly improves the accuracy of product quality control and allows to detect even minor deviations from the set parameters.
The first CMM is designed to measure the body parts of axles and boxes of articulated dumpers. The second CMM is intended for measuring gears, which are used in the manufacture of axles and transfer cases for articulated dumpers, as well as automatic transmission.
