The Tutaev Motor Plant is preparing the production of winches with a pulling force of up to 30 tons.

The work on organizing the production of new items is carried out in close cooperation between all departments of the plant. Two slipways have been developed to optimize the winch assembly process. The slipways were made by employees of the non-standardized equipment workshop. A three-stage planetary gearbox is assembled and the necessary process operations are performed on one of them. On the second one, a drum is hung, inside of which the assembled gearbox is installed, and then the winch is assembled completely.

A complete set of documentation has been developed for the winch assembly slipway and the gearbox assembly slipway. The equipment has already been included in the technological process at the winch assembly and testing site of the engine and gearbox parts workshop. In the future, lifting mechanisms and additional equipment for testing new products will be installed at the site.
