AVTOVAZ began to paint the chassis elements (except for the NIVA rear axle) for GRANTA, NIVA car families (rear beam, levers, engine protection, etc.) and VESTA chassis parts on a relatively new paint line manufactured by BOYSIS (Turkey). This improved the quality of the applied coating and the corrosion resistance of the suspension units.

The plant decided to switch to a new paint line due to the fact that DURR's previous paint line has run out of paint supplies from this company, and new deliveries are difficult due to logistical disruptions.
