Sollers Ford presents autotower based on Ford Transit

Sollers Ford presents autotower — the highest special version based on Ford Transit. The autotower is available for ordering in 2 versions, special versions have received vehicle type approval.

The autotower is based on an all-metal van and can be ordered, depending on the tasks, with an extra-long base and a high roof or an average base and an average roof. The vehicle is universal and can be used as an auto-hydraulic lift with a working height of up to 15 m and a boom-out from the central axis up to 7.3 m, a cradle with a load capacity of 200 kg for 2 people, the ability to rotate the boom 360 degrees, with an insulated cradle for 1000 V; a technical services vehicle with a workplace for a specialist (table, workbench, etc.), equipped with modular furniture for the customer; a van for transportation of spare parts and various cargoes.  

The mechanism of the retractable boom is driven by a hydraulic pump powered by the Ford Transit diesel engine.
